I lost 4 lbs last week on Weight Watchers. I just ate 4 chocolate chip cookies (not including the one I had after lunch). I’m not optimistic for the reckoning tomorrow.

I started Weight Watchers last week. I already knew the “program” from many years ago but apparently the cheap side in me will try harder when I am actually paying someone. The first weigh-in is tomorrow. I’ve been doing well and I’m looking forward to it. The friend I joined with has been struggling and I feel bad for her.
